Uri was founded by two young dreamers and opened its doors on March 26, 2018.
Uri is characterized by an authentic and simple approach. Federica, the daughter of Piedmontese farmers, and Kim, coming from the bustling city of Seoul in Korea, combine their passion for growing their own produce and creating a cuisine that makes its mark on the Langhe.
It’s an elegant place, but with the warmth of family, the smell of home-baked bread, and friendly smiles for our guests.
